Tim's Murals

Hi. I've been an artist since I was a kid. My major at San Jose State was art ( painting ). Today I mostly paint abstracts but I do enjoy doing landscapes, portraits, seascapes etc... My first mural was in high school when I and two friends painted a 10 foot x 80 foot seascape of waves coming in at sunset. I did the original painting which we used to scale up into the larger mural and did most of the painting. The mural was in the cafeteria and was about 8 feet off the ground, so we had to use a scaffold. It was an amazing experience, and the students and teachers loved it. I will post a photo here as soon as I can. I also did a mural for a friend a few years later that was a Star Wars inspired scene on a child's bedroom ceiling. A few years ago I published a book called 40 Contemporary Artists which is available on Amazon and other websites. I currently sell my abstract work on SaatchiArt.com. I'm just getting back into painting murals but I will post some photos of paintings that show my ability in doing both abstracts and more traditional painting subjects. I'm excited about getting back into making murals that people love.
