Mine was a very difficult project fraught with problems. But Erick pushed through the problems and issues until I had the result I wanted. Other contractors would have likely weaseled out of fixing obvious problems but Erick accepted responsibility and made good on his promises. What more could you ask for? Construction projects are often problematic because you can't always foresee what situations you're going to be dealing with. It was nice to have a contractor who cared about the ultimate results, and listened to and worked with the client to meet expectations."See more

Do not pass this guy up! The work and value is amazing. I am currently in the middle of renovating a 1600, 4bd 2 ba. We purchased a fixer and the house has been completely stripped from popcorn ceilings and original asbestos floor tiles with carpet on top. Water leaks and termite damage… you name it and we probably had and are in the middle of fixing. Luis has been our go to guy for everything. I haven’t submitted a review until now because I didn’t want anyone to take him away. I have attached a few pictures so you can see his beautiful work. I was afraid to move into this fixer… but seeing everything coming together makes me excited. We are turning a family room into a master suite by adding a third bath and removing a brick fireplace. The job is in process as we are waiting on permits, so I won’t be posting those pictures until it’s complete. Seriously this guy has worked so hard the last few weeks turning this eyesore into a beauty inside. The outside will have to wait but don’t hesitate to contact this guy. Highly recommend!
