Working with Dekors was a great experience. She listened to my ideas and came up with beautiful mock ups. She was very sweet, kind and patient. I was unable to actually go through with my balloon and banner order due to covid. She was so understanding and gave me a refund. I can’t wait to be able to throw parties again, she will be my first call

A non-refundable deposit should be made to reserve your appointment date and time. Deposits are half of the full payment. The other half is due a couple days before the event.
