- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regular Cleaning: • Kitchen - Countertops, appliances (outside), stove, microwave (inside), sink. • Bathrooms - Countertops, toilet, mirrors, tub/shower. • Bedrooms - Dusting, beds, mirrors. • Common spaces - Dusting / wipe surfaces. Everywhere we go through, we will clean window sills, spider cobs, vacuum, mop and take out the trash. Deep Cleaning: • Kitchen - Countertops, backsplash, cabinets and drawers (outside), appliances (outside), stove, microwave (inside), range hood, sink. • Bathrooms - Countertops, backsplash, extractor, cabinets and drawers (outside), toilet, mirrors, lamps, tub/shower. • Bedrooms - Dusting, beds, under the beds (if empty), mirrors. • Common spaces - Dusting. Everywhere we go through, we will clean/dust baseboards, spider cobs, window sills, door frames, doors, ceiling fans, light frames, light switches, vacuum, mop and take out the trash. Move Out/In Cleaning: • Kitchen - Countertops, backsplash, cabinets and drawers inside/outside (must be empty), appliances (outside), stove, microwave (inside), range hood, sink. • Bathrooms - Countertops, cabinets and drawers inside/outside (must be empty), toilet, mirrors, lamps, tub/shower. • Bedrooms - Dusting, closets, mirrors. • Common spaces - Dusting. Everywhere we go through, we will clean/dust baseboards, spider cobs, window sills, door frames, doors, ceiling fans, light frames, light switches, vacuum, mop and take out the trash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions that help us to determine the level of difficulty of each house, with that cleared and the size of the property, we can provide an estimate. Once we have agreed on that, we will ask the address and phone number to confirm the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning comes as a very empiric type of practice. However, if you don't pay enough attention, we can damage things and even hurt ourselves in the process. For example the fumes of certain chemicals can be hazardous or applying certain chemicals on different surfaces can cause damage. After spending several training hours, we know what chemicals to use and where to use them, making sure that we do a proper cleaning without neglecting the good care of your home.
