FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 per hour or longer session but I discount the sessions by frequency so the more you train the cheaper it gets, $95 per hour for 2X per week, $90 per hour for 3X per week, and for my most affordable option I only charge $100 for monthly programming.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll give you a free hour or more session so you can see what you’d be paying for as well as get an outline and understanding of the program and process we’ll use to get you to your goals. I typically go over mobility work, usually foam rolling, some nutrition and part of a lift day 1, and day 2 go over stretching and a lift. From then on I will just coach you through the lifts stretching can safely be done on your own and I want to maximize the utility you get from your $!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a full bio on my site, and I have been weight training since I was 15 years old and an athlete all my life, but I have a Kinesiology degree from Occidental College, a CPT and CSCS through NSCA and I have been training people for over a decade including collegiate and pro athletes at UCLA.
