First, I got an initial email response from Mario at SoHo in about 20 minutes. After I briefly explained the frustrating situation relating to the TV (it turned out to be a cable/HDMI issue) Mario set an appointment with me for about an hour later which I thought was amazing. He and his helpful assistant, Ruben showed up on time. They analyzed the problem, replaced a cable box, converted the system from IR to RF and the TV is working perfectly. I highly recommend SoHo...
