At first, I was very happy after speaking with Jelani on the phone. He seemed enthusiastic and like a great fit. Later, I can see that he just told me everything that I wanted to hear . He gave zero care about what I needed or what would be right for me and was only focused on making a sale, whatever he needed to say to get the job done, whether or not it was true or accurate. Stuff I heard from him contradicted info I’d learned about fleas from other sources. For example, cleaning up the debris in my yard before treating it would only “unleash the fleas.” “Eco” is bs. When they say they do all Pest Control, it’s because their products kill literally everything around. Not because they’re so thorough they target any type of pest you need. There were not multiple product options. They were also NOT transparent at all about the fact that signing onto service is a six month commitment. They conveniently didn’t mention it, only mentioned how cheap the monthly would be, making it seem like (by omission) that they’d come back for as many months as needed if you still had pests. When I asked questions that Jelani thought he’d answered, he seemed annoyed. 0% would recommend
