My pricing is transparent and straightforward. The total cost depends on the size of the property and the type of cleaning requested. There are no hidden fees. I also offer discounts for repeat customers and larger jobs. Please feel free to ask if you’d like an exact estimate before booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by asking about their cleaning needs and priorities to understand what is most important for them. Then, I provide an estimate and explain what is included in the service. On the day of the cleaning, my team arrives on time, brings all necessary supplies, and completes the job thoroughly. After the service, I check in with the customer to make sure they are satisfied and to answer any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in professional cleaning, working with both residential and commercial clients. My team and I have been trained in proper use of cleaning products, deep-cleaning techniques, and safe handling of equipment. We also stay updated on the best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient service.
