FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing fair, transparent, and based on the scope of work. I provide free estimates so you know what to expect before the job starts—no hidden fees or surprise charges. For larger or ongoing projects, I’m open to discussing package deals or discounts. I also believe in working within your budget whenever possible, while still delivering quality results. My goal is to provide value you can trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start with a quick conversation to understand the scope of the job and any specific needs or expectations. From there, I usually schedule a time to see the project in person (if needed) so I can provide an accurate and honest estimate. Once we agree on the details, I set a clear schedule and timeline for the work. I always keep communication open throughout the process and make sure the customer is informed every step of the way. My goal is to make things smooth, stress-free, and deliver results that meet — or exceed — expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my skills come from years of hands-on experience working in construction, home repairs, and general maintenance. I've learned a lot by doing the work myself, side-by-side with skilled tradesmen, and through tackling a wide range of real-world projects. I also stay updated by researching new tools, techniques, and materials to make sure I’m always bringing the best solutions to the table. My training didn’t come from a classroom — it came from showing up, doing the work, and constantly learning along the way.
