Anthony is very responsive and contacted me within 30mins after i posted the request. during the service, he did very good job quickly clearing up the toilet clogging. it took few back and forth for us to reach consensus on pricing. I think the price reflected the value of his service.

Anthony added me onto his schedule the same day for a Saturday repair. He diagnosed the problem quickly with my toilet and took care of it right away. He even worked on my sink faucet to improve the water pressure! Would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others!

Update: the owner responded to me (a while ago actually) and let me know he was out with a dislocated shoulder and couldn't get back. No worries.
They said they would come on a weekday at lunch time and never showed. I sent them a message to ask if they were coming and they didn’t respond at all. Not even a sorry or trying to reschedule.
