Great experience working with Frank, Nathan, Jonathan, and the Guardian team. They were all super responsive and communicative throughout the process. Their team built our home office, painted four of our rooms, and did some electrical, including adding recessed lights. Throughout construction, their team requested check-in’s to make sure we were happy, and asked lots of questions and provided guidance + potential solutions when needed. They were also pretty clean. I was originally concerned about how much dust and noise there would be because my husband and I planned on living and working from the house throughout construction. However, it ended up being very manageable for my husband and me. Their team came and left about the same time everyday, laid down plastic and paper to keep the floors clean, closed doors to limit noise, and vacuumed at the end of their day so there was a good routine for this ten day project. It was helpful to communicate how much communication we wanted and when we were busy. Really smooth. Lastly, their team came around to do a final inspection. There were 2 super small dings on the wall and carpet. Their team jumped into action and are getting those cleaned and fixed. It was a good experience and we would recommend working with Guardian Construction again.

Best company in have ever hired and there have been many. Only company who figured how to do this very complicated job and to do beyond my expectations. On time, communicative, helpful and thoughtful. I was IMPRESSED. Work like this is rare and I can't sing enough praises. These windows didn't exist before but are wonderful now. The gate had been impossible and now blends with the wall. So very, very happy!!!!

Frank and his team were great. Got in early with solid evaluation and a price that matched or beat other quotes we received. Then were here when they said they'd be, ready to go. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up the site immaculately. Communication was great throughout. It was a small project (day and a half), but I'd hire them again for bigger jobs without a second thought.

They did a fantastic job expanding our closet! They were extremely professional and Frank was very responsive and was there every step of the way. Jonathan and his coworker did beautiful work and completed the job in 2 days! The price was also fantastic! They do not overcharge like some other companies do, they do great work at a great price. We are a lifelong customer for sure!

Unfortunately, this system interface limits users to 3 out of 5 available metrics to select to describe a user’s experience. Unfortunately, this disadvantages Guardian Construction as they merit all 5. Had it been allowable, I would have chosen all five: “professionalism”, “punctuality”, “value”, “responsiveness”, and “work quality”. Each of the aforementioned were thoroughly represented in each/all of my interactions with the on-site crew and the principal, Frank Guardian. From the first contact, the clearly-delineated estimate, contracting/invoicing, all aspects of the business side were very professional. With regard to the actual contracted service, Santos Montes took lead on my project. He was responsive, communicated thoroughly throughout, and is clearly both very skilled and meticulous. Daily, he left the job site clean and was very respectful of my home. On the final day of the project, the principal visited the job site to check the status/quality of work and to assess my satisfaction with the work performed. I am completely satisfied with the results of my project and would do business again with Guardian without hesitation.
