Max evaluated a failing door lock, helpfully explained the situation and walked me through a couple of options. He replaced the lock quickly, it's working great, and he even took a quick look at a couple of other doors and got the handles working better at no charge. He was friendly and easy to work with.

We had a broken lock on a Marvin French door and after a couple of bad experiences thought we might have to replace the door. Thankfully Max lock and safe came and was able to find the correct parts and the door is working again. Great service, would definitely recommend them.
