Working with Kevin from Phlotic was such a pleasure! I had to file my late mother's final tax return, which is an emotional task, and I had been dreading it. When I finally reached out to find a professional I was worried it was late in the tax season to find someone willing to take me on. Kevin was so responsive to my Thumbtack inquiry that he immediately called me, and assured me this was doable. He provided the Phlotic portal to submit and track documents, and even with a delay on my end of finding one last missing form, he was able to process the final return immediately! It took a huge weight off of my shoulder and I felt so comfortable and supported all along. I wasn't sure what working with an out of (my) state tax preparer would be like, but thanks to his fantastic service I am likely to return next year for our own family's tax preparation as well!
