Was told project would take 4 weeks but ended up being 6 months and was never completed. Extremely inconsistent, would tell me he’s going to work on the project and not show up more times than I can count. Was fully paid and is now not responding to me anymore

Not completely true . I finished your project at 90% and you had a lot of extras done,that I completed without you paying for the labor, plus I gave you proof of the situation at hand and you never once offered to pay for the extra work me and my guys completed for the garage conversion . Yet you feel ok asking for free work, not paying,and burning me after ?🤦🏽‍♂️👍🏽
