- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reasonable and we provide multi-property discount if you own more than one property that will need management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide information and fees and answer your questions. Then will send over property management agreement for review. We will inspect the property and get it ready for leasing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 29 years real estate industry expertise and my broker's license.
