I was so thankful that Nicolas that responding so quickly to my request. He came out same day. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher. While I wasn’t able to move forward with the repair, it was very helpful to know what the issue is. He only charged me for the service call.

Nicolas was quick to respond and came out same day. Within minutes, he diagnosed our issue as an electrical problem. He apologized for not being able to help us but his experience and honesty helped tremendously. After having an electrician come out and fix the root problem, we called Nicolas back out to reinstall our dishwasher. Again, he was very responsive and professional.
