I hired Paulo to do some painting, fix a leak, replace some light bulbs, and take out some trash that my tenants had left behind. He came an gave an estimate - clearly identified what needed to be done. He brought the materials to fix the leak. He came right on time, and was very quick and thorough. Kept me appraised throughout the process.
