Gladys is great at communicating and scheduled an in-person consultation to see what needed to be done, which made me very comfortable that she would do a good job, plus she was very nice. She and her assistant did a great job of doing a very thorough move-out cleaning, cleaning inside cabinets and drawers and windows, as well. She did a wonderful job and I would definitely hire her, again!
