FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm transparent and upfront about the investment required for every project. My pricing reflects not just the hours worked, but also the planning, scheduling, experience, and craftsmanship that go into every single job. Fair & Honest Rates: I base my pricing on a carefully considered hourly rate and project scope. My bids represent a great deal when you consider the quality and care we bring to each project. No Hidden Fees: What I quote is what you can expect — no surprise charges. Respect-Based Discounts: I offer case-by-case discounts for seniors and minority clients, as a small way to give back and make quality work accessible to more people. Every project is unique, and I’m happy to talk through the details to make sure you feel confident about the investment you're making.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with me means a smooth, thoughtful, and well-organized experience from start to finish. Here's what you can expect: 1. Initial Consultation & Understanding the Vision We begin with a conversation to fully understand your needs, goals, timeline, and the "why" behind the project. This helps ensure we're aligned on both the vision and the practical expectations. 2. Project Planning & Estimating Once the concept is clear, I move into the estimating, scheduling, and permitting phases. This step ensures everything is scoped out accurately, responsibly, and in line with any necessary regulations. 3. Contract & Commitment For larger projects, a detailed contract will be prepared and signed. This document outlines the scope, schedule, and cost, and marks the official start of the project. 4. Execution & Communication From start to finish, I maintain clear and consistent communication. My team and I focus on craftsmanship, professionalism, and staying on schedule—delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a strong educational foundation to every project: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. This provided me with a deep understanding of systems design, technical problem-solving, and electrical infrastructure—skills that are essential in both planning and execution. Master’s Degree in Energy Systems Management. Earned from the University of San Francisco, this program expanded my knowledge in sustainable energy, system integration, and efficient resource management—allowing me to approach projects with a forward-thinking, energy-conscious mindset. This combination of hands-on experience and advanced academic training allows me to deliver smart, reliable, and future-ready solutions on every project.
