Fernando was perfect in every way. Communication was prompt and easy. He was able to help us out right away. He offered improved products without additional charge. The charge was very reasonable. He left the area perfectly clean and even hauled off the broken toilet, again without additional charge. Very personable. This young man has it going on!! He showed up on time, was super respectful of my home, and got everything done quickly without cutting corners. You can tell he really knows his stuff. Pricing was fair too no surprises.
