- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the time and complexity of the task. For simple issues I often charge a flat rate, while for more complex work I use an hourly rate. I always let customers know the cost before starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to the problem and ask a few clarifying questions. Then I connect remotely to diagnose the issue. I explain the solution in simple terms, confirm the cost, and complete the work as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years of experience as a computer engineer, working with Windows, Linux, networks, and servers. Over the years I’ve completed many specialized trainings and real-world projects in IT support and system administration.
