- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 a visit and typically spend 30 minutes with each client visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary visit so that we can discuss your cat's needs, personality traits and any health issues or special needs. This gives both of us a chance to get to know each other and gives you an opportunity to see how I interact with your kitty. My process with new kitties is a gentle approach where I let the kitty use its natural curiosity to check me out, allowing them to take the lead which gives them confidence and the ability to trust me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I previously volunteered at the SPCA in San Francisco for many years and took advantage of the classes they offered in feline behavious, strategies for dealing with shy or under-socialized kittens, aggressive behaviour in cats.
