Vasyl was excellent. My AC started blowing warm air one hot summer night (distressing my family) and I urgently sent out a project request on Thumbtack the next morning. Within one minute of posting, Vasyl was the first to call me. We agreed to meet and he showed up at my home within one hour. Discovered within 15 minutes or so that the capacitor on my outside unit needed a replacement. Had it replaced, but also opted to take advantage of a full inspection (for additional cost). Vasyl also took the time to fix a Nest thermostat issue (loose on the wall) for me by installing a Nest plate beneath it. Quick, professional, easy to talk to/work with, and answered all of my questions. Can't say enough, except for that we appreciate him being available during our time of need. We will be doing our routine maintenance inspections with him from now on and into the foreseeable future. Thank you Vasyl!
