- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge a service call fee. All projects are quoted at a fixed price, so you will always know the full cost in advance with no hourly charges or hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by listening carefully to your needs and learning about your project. I then provide a clear fixed-price estimate. Once approved, I schedule the work at a time that is convenient for you and keep you updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in my field and have many years of hands-on experience. I also worked closely with general contractors for a long time, which gave me a strong foundation in construction and property maintenance.
