Great experience overall. My counter tops look great, but I wish they did communicate or were able to collaborate a bit more because would have loved to use the extra piece of quartz as a backsplash for the range. I ended up having to pay two other different people to attempt to place it as a backsplash but both failed to execute the job well. Now I am paying a ton more extra for tiles and labor even though I have extra quartz material.

I've had other installers do work for me, but they can't match Henry and his helper. They took extra time to match the quartz pattern. Looks beautiful. They were very polite, and prompt. I'll hire them for my next project, for sure!! Very satisfied!

Recently had our kitchen countertops redone. Came out, provide us an estimate, and were able to fit us in the next week! Perfect timing, before Christmas! They completed the demo and install in one day. The cuts and lines are amazing. Only one seem (along the L shaped area). I can’t believe how much the look of our kitchen has changed with just the upgrade in countertops. His team did such a great job, we have hired them for another project in our home!

Who knew! Ortiz might be great for countertops, but the "MORE" in their name is how we engaged with them — for straight up housecleaning! And GREAT housecleaning at that. We have a 3000 sq ft home, 4 beds/4 baths and they had that thing SPOTLESS every time (the cleaned monthly for us). The were the MOST thorough, the most kind, and the most autonomous cleaners — meaning we never felt like we needed to hover or instruct. They know what they are doing! I would hire them back in a minute.
