The Wedding party had a wonderful experience with Tito. She had a lot of patience with all of us. She also brought a lot of calmness to a stressful moment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base fee is 100$ per person but I do have a travel/milage fee of 1$ per mile after the first 25 miles due to terrible gas inflation. I am also offering remote makeup services which does not require a travel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to email/ text and arrange a time to meet and discuss my clients vision.
