Sammy is absolutely awesome. I'm a first time Thumbtack user and put the request in the app after seeing his reviews, and he responded within minutes. He walked me through what the next steps were and was able to schedule me in for either the next day. During the day of installation, he called to say he could come an hour earlier. When he arrived, he wore shoe booties and was respectful of my home. He reviewed the area I wanted the 65" OLED mounted and gave useful feedback on my request. He was able to install and wall mount the TV in less than an hour; and spent some time with me confirming things were working on the television, that it was perfectly level to the pre-existing soundbar, and instructions on how to use the adjustment-capabilities of the Sanus mount.
