Alex did a great job repairing our Bosch dishwasher! He was very diligent in his troubleshooting and diagnosis of the problem, ordered the necessary part and promptly installed it after he received it. I would not hesitate to call him again for any other appliance repair task.

Had this project completed a while ago. My fridge was freezing items, and the freezer wasn't cold enough to freeze. Issue was identified, parts were ordered, and the job was completed in a timely manner. I didn't have to break the bank as a bonus! Would recommend for all future appliance work.

Ever since Covid it seems to be difficult to get people to even respond to job requests, let alone complete them in a timely manner, but not with Alex!
I reached out late in the evening to schedule an appointment to look at my fridge, and to my surprise he was available to come by the next afternoon. The compressor on my fridge had gone out, and Alex was able to buy a new one and get it installed the next day.
The repair was done quickly, for a reasonable price, and Alex even tolerated my nosy dog “supervising” while he worked!
