He was extremely easy to talk to, patient and professional! Would definitely collaborate with him in the future on different projects.

About a year ago, we completed a full remodel of our entire home, and were still absolutely thrilled with the results.From the very beginning, Tommy, Nadir, and their entire team were with us every step of the way. We entrusted them with my childhood homesomething that meant so much to usand they treated it with the utmost care and professionalism. Tommy was on-site daily, ensuring that every detail met our expectations.As with any remodel, especially with a 37-year-old home, there were some unexpected challenges. But Tommy always provided thoughtful, budget-conscious solutions that kept our project on track. From architectural planning and permits to the final inspections, everything was handled seamlessly. Every inspection passed without issue, and the quality of the workmanship is second to none.Now, a year after completion, we still walk into our home every day in awe. It truly feels like our dream home, and we have Affordable Design and Remodeling to thank for that. I am doing a remodel project in a condo in downtown San Diego. Affordable Design and Remodel is one of the companies I chose to spec out the work. Both May Nachman and Jose Padilla were involved in this work. I have nothing but good things to say about both these individuals. May and Jose made two visits and spent a good amount of time walking through the condo, listening intently to the ideas I had. Both were extremely enthusiastic - making suggestions, pointing out options, and highlighting where there might be some difficulties with the work. Both May and Jose answered all my (numerous) questions and made sure I had all the info I needed to make an informed decision. A+ work on their end. Full disclosure, here, is that I have not moved forward on the project yet. The consistent feedback I received is that my budget is not where it needs to be for the scope of work I want. This is no reflection on Affordable Design and Remodel, though. I would recommend May and Jose and Affordable Design and Remodel in a hearbeat.
