From my initial inquiry to the conclusion of the job, Carmen at Shamrock was fantastic. The communication and booking were seamless with fast and professional communication. I provided a few photos of the proposed job and was supplied with an estimate. I was on a pretty short timeline, which they accommodated nicely. Carmen was professional, arrived on time and navigated my downtown area building very well. He was professional and efficient and did a great job cleaning my carpet and sofa. As it’s drying, it looks great! I will be using this service again and will be recommending Carmen at Shamrock to my friends and family.

10/10 carpet cleaning. Carmen was quick but paid attention to details. Scheduling was easy and he also followed up to see if any stains reappeared after a couple days when the carpet was dry. Having him come back to do my sofa and chairs. Thank you for the efficiency, being detail oriented, and for the great customer service!
