I hired Mr. Sami Haddad to handle removing a restraining order and he specifically told me the $325 fee covered the whole process without me or the other party attending court. He said I just needed to sign one form and get the other party’s signature, and then he’d take care of the rest.
After I returned the signed form, I later called the court myself and learned there were multiple additional forms required that he never mentioned. When I asked him about it, he said he could prepare those extra forms if the other party agreed to sign them—but only for an additional $300.
This felt very misleading since I was told $325 would cover everything without court appearances. Communication and transparency were terrible. If you’re considering hiring him, be sure to ask exactly what’s included and double-check what the court actually requires. Always check Yelp and other feedback before hiring anyone.
