I had an issue with my garage door springs, one of them snapped unexpectedly, and the door became really heavy and difficult to open. I reached out to RJ garage door and the service guy came out the same day. Alex was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. After inspecting the door, he confirmed that the spring had broken and replaced both springs to ensure balanced operation and avoid future issues. The repair didn’t take too long, and he worked efficiently and safely. Communication was clear and to the point, they explained the problem, what needed to be done, and answered all of my questions without overcomplicating anything. The price was fair for the quick response and solid workmanship. Overall, a great experience. The door is working smoothly again, and I’d definitely call them again if I run into any more garage door issues. Highly recommended
