Carlos was incredible!!! He restored my marble countertop in my master bathroom after my housekeeper used an abrasive cleaner on it. I thought it was ruined forever but Carlos made it like new again. I recommend Carlos because he does quality work and is a very honest person. I will hire him again.

We recentl hired the Natural Stone services to resurface, clean and polish our marble floors and kitchen countertops. We had a fantastic experience with Natural Stone. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and professional, explaining everything clearly throughout the process. Carlos was also very accomodating to our schedule and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the floor and kitchen countertops results. Carlos did such beautiful work to rehab our marble kitchen and bathroom countertops. We didn’t know it needed to be maintained every 6 months. It was almost 2 yrs with heavy use before we found Carlos. The stone looks brand new after looking so damaged. I didn’t want to touch it when it was done. Carlos has also provided so much care and extra attention. He stands by his work and has gone above and beyond. He educates us, answers all of our questions and gives us resources to maintain the beautiful stonework. Carlos is our guy. We will be hiring him to continue to maintain our marble kitchen and bathroom countertops from now on.

We lived having Carlos and Isaac repair and polish our bathroom marble. It was a big job and they did excellent work. The marble looks brand new without flaws or cracks now. Carlos was responsive when we first called, gave a fair price for the job, was respectful of our home (even wearing foot covers to protect the floors), and completed the job in exactly the time frame they gave us. It’s absolutely gorgeous work. I highly recommended them for any granite or marble repair/upkeep!
