FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates vary depending on session length, package, and whether you train individually or in a pair. Most clients invest in packages because it saves money and ensures consistency. I’ll go over all pricing options during our consultation so you can choose what works best for you. The longer/more frequent package commitment, the bigger the discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your first session includes a consultation and a assessment where we’ll go over your goals, fitness history, and any injuries or limitations. Then I’ll guide you through a tailored workout so you get a feel for my coaching style. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and motivated from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Masters in Exercise Physiology from San Jose State University. Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS) from NSCA. Numerous certifications from NASM including: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Performance Enhancing Specialist (PES). I am certified kettlebell specialist and TRX specialist.
