Ashley Is a phenomenal personal trainer. She pushes you to get the best work out of your life. I have been weight lifting for years and the first time she trained me, it made me realize how much I wasn’t pushing myself on my own. Shes incredibly personable which makes it feel very comfortable working with her, but even as friendly and nice as she is- she will make you work and push yourself. She has taught me so much in fitness and I’m so happy we have crossed paths!

Ashley’s training approach is anything but gentle :-) and that’s exactly what I need. After 2 back surgeries, we are now activating and strengthening muscle groups that have been dormant for decades. What I value most about her strict disciplined style of strength and agility training is her laser focused attention to form, ensuring every movement engages the correct muscles with absolute precision. My only regret is not starting with her sooner. Before Ashley, I wasted time and money on a so‑called “trainer” who lacked both skill and results, and loved to be on his cell phone while I was doing my exercises. Working with Ashley has been a game‑changer, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
