My husband and I have enjoyed our experience of working with Laney as our personal trainer for three months now. We consider her the “full package” of experience, knowledge, and expertise in providing motivation and effective communication of exercise principles. We work with Laney one or two hours a week, focusing on floor exercises versus machine weight resistance training which has produced amazing results in our core development and mind-body coordination. She epitomizes the quote on her website, "you're not breaking, you’re becoming; life isn’t testing you, it’s preparing you” and she has definitely helped us to become stronger and more confident in the way we hold our bodies and understand how the mind follows right along. I LOVE Laney's training sessions! As a beginner with this type of exercise, I was nervous for my first class. Laney made sure I felt comfortable, welcome, and helped me with EVERYTHING without making me feel out of place. She really knows what she's talking about and is so knowledgeable about making sure you're doing exactly what you need to be doing to get stronger and not get hurt along the way. Also- she's just really nice and fun to talk to! Highly recommend Laney's sessions!!!!

I've been training with Laney, almost a year. And it has been a great experience! Laney is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand specific goals - which for me were to build strength, and improve endurance, without further injuries. (I've been working out for many years and have acquired a few sore spots.) Laney listened and helped me find the right balance. Each session is varied, engaging, and Laney always pushes just the right amount, introducing new exercises while ensuring proper form and technique. The workouts are never boring, and they are genuinely looked forward to! I strongly recommend Laney, for your personalized training experience!

Laney has been such a fantastic trainer! All my life I was a super active person and then I was in a car accident a few years back, and since then I’ve struggled with chronic pain issues. As a woman in my 40s this has been devastating. There was only so much that physical therapy could do before they sent me off into the world telling me to try to get stronger, but I had all these issues to be careful of and certain mechanics of my body not working exactly right. Laney was great at listening and understanding all the different parts of my body that needed strengthening versus stretching, and she helped me understand what we were working with. With her guidance I have been able to improve my strength and do different types of agility exercises over time, which has been great for my posture and overall coordination. I’m feeling stronger, more balanced, and having less pain! I highly recommend her!
