If I could, I would give Splash Effect SD 10 stars. Brandon, the owner, was outstanding- great communications, his work ethic and work quality were beyond outstanding. Punctual, kept me apprised of the project’s progress, and wanted to make sure my high expectations were met. Very reasonable cost. Can’t say enough about Brandon and his company.
