Vlad was really responsive and fixed a broken burner on our older Thermador range quickly. He was punctual, arriving at his estimated time window for both the initial visit and to do the actual repair. He was knowledgeable about how to service this range (several years ago we had a technician who was not able to service our Thermador because of lack of expertise). Vlad was also very professional and courteous.
