I hired Gerard for a few jobs: installation of an oversized/custom made window shade; grout and caulk repair in bathrooms; and hanging artwork. It’s a pleasure working with him. No matter the task Gerard is efficient and does a great job. I have hired him a few more times (installing dimmers on light fixtures; priming and painting) and am happy to have him as my go-to guy for all kinds of work!

Gerard made short work of a diverse list of tasks that had accumulated over the years, from testing and replacing electric fixtures, to replacing a section of our front door and finishing off our front landing (sanding, mortar, repainting). Gerard prevailed where several other people had failed in meticulously adjusting our very old doors back to where they should be, a good example of his finesse in dealing with the characteristics of older homes. Gerard is a great guy who shows up as agreed and charges a fair rate. He takes pride in his work and our house feels much better as a result of his care. Highly recommend.
