We hired Mario to come help with a few simple installations - mounting some light artwork, replacing some toilet handle levers, hanging a small wall clock, etc. Mario sent a friend to come do the work and what I thought would take 2 hours took 4+, and we didn’t even finish what we wanted done. I communicated to Mario that it was taking much longer than expected, and he did end up giving me a small break in pricing. I am disappointed that I paid over $200 for simple tasks and we didn’t even get through my list.

It is a pity that your expectations did not coincide with the real time for the completion of the tasks, but, like my masters, they do not delay the radio and do the most qualitatively and promptly as possible and we cannot guarantee the amount of time, in this case we did not discuss how much time it took in advance the cost of the hourly work, also provided you with a good discount at the end of the work, why leave 2 stars because your expectations did not conver The prestige was completed and the work was done, although not to the end since you did not plan that it would take so much time. We will be happy to cooperate again, but I do not think that it is fair to put 2 stars, you can put 4 or not leave a review at all
