What a transformation that Denisson and his team accomplished! Denisson was very communicative and punctual - exactly what I look for in a professional. After agreeing to remove a carpet that was installed in the 80’s and installing vinyl flooring, Denisson communicated every step of the way. There were absolutely no surprises. Other than the jaw dropping work that was done! We will have other projects for him in the near future!

Working with Modl Construction was the best decision I made for my full home remodel. My 895 sq ft home was completely transformed, every room updated with modern finishes, improved layout, and top-quality with attention to detail. My husband and I recently purchased a 1920s craftsman that needed a LOT of work. We’re talking electrical, HVAC and other safety measures along with renovating the majority or our home. Denisson guided us through the complicated permitting process, while going out of his way to answer our (many) questions. He’s currently leading the construction stage of our renovation, ensuring we stay within budget AND our timeline. In fact, we’re so happy with the process thus far, we’re already gearing up to work with Denisson on a phase 2 reno, which includes a master suite addition and ADU!
