Hector was very thoughtful and efficient with attention to detail. He asked me every step of the way when something important arose, but quickly without consuming my work day. He even got the necessary part quickly, and installed the shelf right away once everything was confirmed. So happy the shelf above the TV was installed without any issues.

Hecder and 2 of his colleagues worked on replacing my stair handrails at the front gate. My parents are seniors, and they need a sturdy bar to hold on to when going up and down the stairs. My old handrail is already shaky and rusty, so I worry that my parents might fall. They are responsive, and they listen to how I want my handrail to be done. They chose great materials and the quality of work is great! My parents and I are happy with the new handrails. It looks great and most importantly, its durable and will last a long time. My only suggestion for improvement is to communicate with the customer of the exact price of the service. Often times, additional work needs to be done and we don't stick to the original plan. Some customers like me are on tight budget, so I would like the price to be transparent before additional work.
