I have a 3 hour minimum for all jobs. I can do smaller jobs but I can only come out for a minimum of $120.

Make new additions or turn a bedroom into a bathroom. If you have a specific thing that has reached it's useful life and needs an update we can put in that new floor or repair those plaster walls. We can update your 70's pink bath tub and surround with beautiful modern tiles and tub. Hardwood flooring, laminate plank floors or value base tasteful vinyl flooring, lath and plaster repair, hanging drywall, interior and exterior painting, tiling, shower pans, waterproofing systems, slab stone countertops, new window installation, plumbing and electrical. Christian is not only a handyman with comprehensive capacities to manage a broad array of tasks, he also finds new things to correct or improve during his time working. He got about 10 or so tasks done in a bit more than 3 hours, tasks that involved painting, repair of cabinets and drawers, fixing closet doors, and more challenges. He is extremely pleasant and, among the handymen we’ve hired during the past years, his skill set, quick and accurate work, and consulting before starting a new task, makes him a professional well deserving of your consideration.

Christian was quick to respond to my initial request. We started with a few projects (replacing spring for dishwasher drawer, reinstalling kitchen drawer face) and since those were completed so quickly, we had Christian complete two other projects (check washing machine for filter blockage and fix a bed frame). We would not be happier with the amount of work that Christian was able to complete in a short period of time.
