Extremely Disappointed – Not a True Deep Clean
I really didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I was very disappointed with the service I received. I hired this company specifically for a deep move-in clean, which we agreed on beforehand. The house was fairly clean to begin with, but I expected a proper deep clean as discussed.
Unfortunately, what I got felt more like a rushed surface clean. They were in and out of a 4-bedroom house in less than 2 hours, which is simply not enough time for a thorough deep clean. When I walked through the house afterward, it honestly looked like a child had mopped the floors—there were shoe prints everywhere, and nothing had been properly dusted. I had just finished some construction work, so I knew where the dust was collecting, and none of those areas had been touched, especially in the kitchen.
To their credit, when I pointed out the issues, they did go back and try to clean again—but the overall result still fell far short of what I would expect from a deep clean. The house didn’t even smell fresh or clean afterward.
Another red flag: they didn’t come fully prepared. They showed up and only went to get supplies after arriving, which wasted more time. Communication was also difficult, which added to the frustration.
Overall, I do not recommend this company if you’re looking for a true deep cleaning service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve.
