- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All real estate commissions are negotiable and determined between the real estate agent and the buyer and/or seller. We will discuss my commission and the ways that it can be paid during our consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For buyers: We will have an introductory meeting – either in person in San Francisco or via zoom or phone call. We will discuss your wish list, our ways of working, my commission and the Buyer Representation Agreement. From there, we will begin our property search to find you your dream home. For sellers: We will have a quick introductory meeting over the phone, followed by a walkthrough of the home that you wish to sell. We will discuss my recommendations for prepping the home for sale, our ways of working, my commission and the Listing Agreement. From there, we will begin the work needed to prepare your property to get the highest price.
