TLDR; don't think twice, this team is fantastic, and I couldn't recommend them more. (I'll preface this review with the fact that I have a very high standard of home cleanliness, which is also why this was the first time I hired a cleaning service, and was a bit nervous about letting someone into my home and paying for something I usually do myself.) Thumbtack is only letting me select 3/5 things about working with Natural Cleaning Services (responsiveness, work quality, professionalism, value, punctuality), but I would absolutely give them *all* 5. Bruno squeezed me in for a last-minute house cleaning with Schirlei and Rinaldo before I hosted my in-laws, and I *couldn't* compliment the team more. To start, they knew my guests were coming at 6—and despite being scheduled for 2 pm, they responsively communicated with me about an earlier, last-minute availability and ended up being able to arrive at 12:30. I really appreciated this! Schirlei and Rinaldo were super thoughtful in their approach to cleaning—from the way they folded our towels on the rack and made our bed, to the thoroughness with which they cleaned every corner of the house, including the door moldings and the shower caddy! They were also extremely efficient, as well as sensitive to the fact that I was hosting later and cooking while they were working. Honestly, I mean...they literally folded and stamped the toilet paper roll. The whole experience made our home feel luxurious, and working with them felt like incredible value. And, again, I am someone who generally keeps the house really clean and didn't think someone else could beat my standard. I was humbled lol. Thank you guys for helping me out in a pinch—we will absolutely be reaching out again!
