I recently hired Simply Rodent to remove rats from my house, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very first inspection, Brian demonstrated a high level of attention to detail. He carefully assessed my home and pointed out several practical improvements to make it more rodent-proof—many of which had been missed by another company I previously consulted.
What truly set Brian apart was the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of his repair method. After identifying the rat entry points, he recommended long-term solutions using high-quality materials that would effectively prevent future infestations. Compared to other companies’ quick fixes, Brian’s approach gave me the most confidence that I wouldn’t be dealing with rodent issues for the long run.
Throughout the process, Brian was transparent and communicative. He provided plenty of photos documenting the repair work, which was especially helpful since much of it took place in hard-to-access areas like the crawl space and roof. I really appreciated being able to see exactly what was done.
When it came to trap monitoring and rat removal, Brian was incredibly responsive and flexible. He worked around my schedule and made an effort to promptly remove any trapped rats as soon as they were caught. That level of proactiveness, responsiveness, and flexibility made a big difference.

Moving from Florida with two toddlers was already a big challenge, and after just four days in our new rental home, we discovered we had some uninvited guests—mice! Oh my gosh! Brian and his team did an excellent job helping us to get rid of some rodents in our attic. I wanted someone who was licensed and insured, and Brian’s company met those conditions. Brian and his team also did a complete exterior evaluation of our home, and they took photos to show us all the potential areas where the rodents were able to gain access to get inside the attic and garage. They completed the job in a prompt, thorough and very professional manner. They also provided extra services like removing a small tree, and an old dish from the roof, since they provided opportunities for vermin to gain access to the roof. Since then, Brian has come back several times to check the traps he set in our attic. We have been very happy with the results he has achieved in eradicating our rodent issues.
