My roots are southern, yet I have lived and travelled around the world, tasting and learning along the way. We offer an extensive menu and affordable packages to help begin the selection process. I was so happy that I hired Hickory Lane catering! Within minutes of me submitting my request, I was contacted and asked what I was looking for with my party. After sharing a brief description with her, she immediately sent me a full menu and we quickly scheduled a phone call. My requests were accommodated with very short notice (less than 10 days prior to my grad party). She worked with my requirements and I had plenty of food left over. My only feedback is that I would have liked larger servings of the 3 meats I ordered. The shrimp ran out very quickly and I ended up having most of my extra sides left over. So just larger main sides would have been better. But I would recommend Hickory Lane to all my friends and will hopefully use them again!

Thank you so much Liz, I appreciate the opportunity to serve you all. I just want to clarify for potential customers, that per your request, we provided a smaller percentage of shrimp (20%) vs the chicken(40%) & beef (40%) at 1/2 a lb per person. When you told me you were feeding college athletes and were nervous about running out of food, we provided additional portions of some sides, at no additional cost, which is why the meat to sides ratio was not equal.
