Leonardo has great communication skills. Responded to text very promptly. He came the next day. His quote was reasonable and affordable. Leonardo washed 40+ windows in my son’s two story home and did an excellent job. He also cleaned and washed the solar panels on my son’s house as well. A+++ highly recommeded.

Really appreciated Leonardo’s good work. He got me scheduled quickly and was prompt. He did a beautiful job cleaning my windows - inside and out. Quick but thorough. I was a little bummed he broke something in my kitchen (which I heard happen) yet he NEVER once mentioned it to me. Only threw it away and cleaned up (dirt) with my nice kitchen hand towel. It was just a plant (in an antique jadeite pot) but my (dead) Grandparents gave it to me and it woulda been nice if he said ANYTHING about it - it was special to me. I rescued the plant from the trash can so I can re-plant it. Accidents happen but it’s nice to just be honest about it. Still happy to leave him a 5 star review for all the other great aspects of his service. Thanks Leonardo.

Leonardo was very responsive and able to help us clean our rain gutter the next day. He was thorough and spent a good amount of time on our roof cleaning. The price was fair and just as quoted. We would definitely hire him again for routine gutter cleaning.
