I had a toilet that was leaking. Uziel arrived on time, something for which I am extremely grateful. He explained what needed to be done and made sure I understood the process for fixing the issue. In the end, he recommended replacing the toilet. He recommended a Kohler and volunteered to pick it up for me. Absolutely 100% great customer service. The work done today (replacing a valve) was quick and fairly priced. Will add to the review after the new toilet is installed.
